Channel 292 have spoken to the Bundesnetzagentur again today and it has been decided that as long as the broadcast is "Analogue MFSK32 via AM/A3"
(which DigiDX has always been anyway) then its fine to broadcast from Germany.
Therefore the episode broadcast on WRMI last night will be repeated on 6070kHz at 2000 tonight (Monday 4th
April).
